Tim spent his first 20 years in commercial and industrial construction, successfully managing over $250 million worth of projects.
After selling the business, Tim opened Start by Starting to work with entrepreneurs and small business leaders. He believes small businesses are the only hope for local economies, and has a mission to help entrepreneurs find harmonious fulfillment in life and the ‘art of business’. Tim focuses his practice on leadership coaching, small business strategy, and culture management.
Tim graduated with honours with a business degree from Brock University.
Carolee spent 12 years with a manufacturing company, developing and managing their factory-to-client processes and relationships.
Carolee is currently assisting a startup through their first major growth curve. Recognizing the “loneliness of leadership” she works with the proprietor, offering the critical analysis and emotional support that entrepreneurs need. Carolee focuses her work on leadership development, team structure and operations.
Carolee graduated with honours from Trinity Western University with a degree in Leadership Studies.
